I've been using WooLash eye serum since March 2022. The packaging says to apply it once every night. I've stuck to that routine without seeing any improvement in length or thickness. I reached out to customer support on January 10, 2023, to discuss my concerns and request a refund. The representative kept giving me excuses, saying I wasn't applying it right or that I should be using it twice a day. My eyelid was clean and dry, and I've tried other serums that performed way better than this one. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

They claimed woolash outperformed M2 Beaute serum. I thought, 'Wow, I gotta try this!' But after using it, I’m convinced that expert was just in it for the cash. This product is terrible! My lashes turned brittle, weak, and started falling out! Now, I’m resorting to castor oil to revive them. Seriously, don’t throw your money away. I thought I’d save a few bucks by trying this, but M2 Beaute is hands down the best I’ve ever used—my lashes grow like crazy and super fast. Woolash? Nah, it’s a total flop.

To top it all off, I reached out to their live chat, and they wanted me to pay to send back this awful product. No free return label, no explanations—nothing! Please, steer clear of this one; you’ll regret it just like I do. What a dreadful experience!

Initially, I was really pumped about this product; I could see a change, and my lashes felt soft and looked longer. However, every time I cleanse my face, my lashes just come right out. I’m talking not just a few, but like fifteen at once. It’s downright terrifying. Just awful. Folks need to be cautioned about this.

I swear I'm not exaggerating! This thing not only FAILED to do anything, it actually made my lashes look worse. Now I've got this unopened, sealed bottle just sitting here because they refuse to give me a refund. There's no way those 5-star ratings are genuine! If they are, they can totally buy my bottle for half the price. I'm so let down by this company. Great job NOT backing your product. Honestly, you'd be better off just using tap water on your lash line. Seriously, that might as well be what it is!

This is the initial eyelash serum I've ever used, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed! After just two weeks, I've noticed a difference in both the thickness and length of my lashes, and now, six weeks in, I'm totally hooked. I’ve even been applying it to my brows, and they’re looking way thicker too. Even though I use it daily, I've only gone through about a sixth of the bottle, so I'm thrilled with how long it’s gonna last. Plus, I have super sensitive eyes, and this stuff hasn’t bothered them at all.

I picked up three of the woolsh serums. I'm really pleased, but pay attention to my tips. When applying near the eyes, ensure you hit right on the lash line. You don’t want a messy spread of lashes. Avoid going all the way to the front or down to the bottom. You definitely don’t want growth on the inner lid moving towards your eye. And guess what? It works wonders on your eyebrows too! Consistency is key. Areas that haven’t seen growth in years on my brows are starting to fill in nicely. If you stick to these pointers, this product is as close to five stars as you can get. There are new serums out there, but why would I look for something else when I’m satisfied with Woolash!

I began using Woolash in early July. Just a week in, my bottom lashes completely fell out, but I kept on using it, hoping they were just making room for new ones. Nope, my lashes are in worse shape than before I started with this stuff. I really can't recommend Woolash. I've tried other lash growth products before, and they worked wonders.
